Manchester Indian Film Festival: Too Desi Too Queer [+ Q&A]

This now-legendary LGBTQIA+ showcase is back with a fresh crop of inspiring and thought-provoking short films, accompanied by an engaging Q&A.

This year, these UK premieres have been programmed in association with Rainbow Noir, Manchester Indian Film Festival, and QTIBPOC Cinema Club.

Featuring films for all parts of the LGBTQIA+ community, the programme offers audiences the opportunity to reflect on themes of struggle, joy, empowerment, connection, and mental and physical wellbeing, with lively post-screening discussions exploring the issues raised on screen.

The post-screening Q&A and debate will be hosted by Roxanna Barry, with special guest speaker and programmer Hussain Chaudhry.
