Brown Women Hiking – Melbourne
Embrace the magic of the colder weather by joining us for a winter bushwalk alongside other women of colour and friends (everyone is welcome).
According to the Wurundjeri calendar, it’s Waring season, the time of year when mornings are misty, wombats are out lazing and grazing, lyrebirds are partying, and multilingual fungi are popping up to say hello, g’day, namaskar, aadab…
Bring along your lunch, we’ll aim to walk for 3-4 hours in total with a break in between to eat lunch.
All fitness levels are welcome. We’ll be moving together gently, with the intention of connecting to land and each other.
