Introduction to Ayurveda

During our South Asian Heritage Month celebration, Vijaya and Rabina (Ayurveda Consultants) will hold an inspiring introduction to Ayurveda – a holistic health care system from India. This engaging session will also introduce the other sister sciences for good health and wellbeing.

Whether you’re completely new to these teachings or simply curious about South Asia’s rich cultural heritage, everyone is welcome!
