South Asian Heritage Month Community Day
Join us at St. Cecilia’s Hall on the 16th of August to celebrate South Asian Heritage Month 2025.
We have a day packed with performances, tours, and workshops, as well as a mehndi artist on site! You can also come and have a look at our galleries, which include a large number of South Asian instruments.
We will also be debuting new content on our Bloomberg Connects digital guide, created with our first ever steering group! They share how South Asian music has played a role in their lives, share their knowledge about types of instruments in our collections, and showcase how South Asian music practices are a living form of intangible culture.
