Indian Mindfulness Meditations at Birmingham Library

FREE. All welcome every Wednesday in August and September at Birmingham Library between 1230-115pm in the Wellbeing Area.

Have you heard about Mindfulness and wondered what it is? If so, these sessions are a great introduction into the techniques of mindfulness and meditation with an Indian twist. The sessions are delivered by Brahma Kumaris.
