As part of our SAHM ’23 project, ‘Stories to Tell’, we plan to offer a series of empowering workshops and toolkits that showcase the rich narratives of South Asian communities.
Our project will feature nine online workshops that cover various techniques and topics, including the power of storytelling, creative writing, songwriting, art, poetry, podcasting, photography, social media, and an introduction to storytelling. We are seeking artists or organisations with the expertise and experience to inspire creativity and guide participants in developing their unique storytelling abilities.

The length of your workshop can vary based on the learning objectives you have set out and the content you wish to cover. We provide flexibility in workshop durations to accommodate your specific needs and ensure an effective learning experience for participants.
Workshops can be structured as:
Morning Workshops: These typically span a duration of approximately 3-4 hours, providing a focused session to delve into specific topics and engage participants in hands-on activities and discussions.
Afternoon Workshops: With a duration of around 4-5 hours, afternoon workshops offer a slightly longer timeframe to explore the subject matter in greater detail, allowing for more in-depth learning and practical exercises.
Full-Day Workshops: For a comprehensive and immersive experience, full-day workshops extend across the entire day, typically lasting 6-8 hours. This format allows for a deeper dive into the subject matter, ample time for practical applications, and extensive interaction with participants.
