Clay and Conversation
Join us for Clay & Conversation at the newly rebranded Navaraza – Birmingham’s bold new concept restaurant blending the vibrant flavours of Mexican and Indian street food.
This special event brings together a powerhouse collective of South Asian-owned female charitable organisations, influencers, and business owners to honour heritage and empower health and community:
– South Asian Social
– Ambience Arts Events
– Cysters
– Navaraza (formerly Zocalo Birmingham)
You’ll be guided by the talented Asha from Ambience Arts in a pottery workshop where you’ll craft your own heart-shaped clay trinket pot – a symbol of love, healing, and self-expression.
As the clay sets, we shift the conversation to women’s health – featuring an open and honest Q&A with the brilliant Dr. Dips, a UK-based women’s health expert. Learn how to understand your body better, advocate for your health, and break down the stigmas that often surround women’s wellness.
This impactful session is curated and funded by Neelam, founder of Cysters – a true queen of advocacy. Your ticket includes:
– A clay-making session with all materials provided
– A mango agua fresca mocktail
– A fusion snack plate: samosa, nachos and dips
– The opportunity to give back – proceeds help tackle period poverty by supplying sanitary products to those in need.
Limited spaces available – book now and be part of something meaningful. Let’s shape more than just clay – let’s shape conversation, community and change.
