Saree Motif Storytelling Workshop

An all ages workshop taking place in the Storytelling Gallery in The Burrell Collection, 2060 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G43 1AT within Pollok Park.

This workshop celebrates and explores the hidden stories printed, embroidered and painted on sarees, with information zines covering just a few of the stories and the centuries old craft of saree making and draping. Use story cubes, work with others or alone and create a South Asia inspired epic and share it on our Community Story- Telling board.
