Leeds College of Building | South Asian Heritage Month event
Leeds College of Building are delighted to be hosting guest speaker, Bilal Ismail Amdhala, from Lodestone Projects, as he presents his dissertation research and findings on
“Understanding the challenges faced by Muslim professionals in the UK construction industry and identifying opportunities for fostering inclusivity”.
Join us for networking and an opportunity to hear Bilal’s findings, and more importantly, his recommendations for all workplaces to support a truly inclusive culture.
This is the start of South Asian Heritage Month, an event we celebrate each year at Leeds College of Building, and this year the theme is “Free to be me”, so Bilal’s presentation is an opportunity to consider how we support our Muslim colleagues to bring their whole selves to work.
