South Asian Heritage Month, celebrated annually from 18 July to 17 August, embraces the rich diversity and culture of the South Asian community. This year’s theme, “Free to Be Me,” celebrates the beauty of authenticity and individuality. In honour of SAHM, we are hosting an inspiring panel of British South Asian women to explore the transformative power of embracing one’s true self.
