Free South Asian Crafts Day

Join us and our friends Subrang Arts, as we’re getting crafty South Asian style!

Subrang Arts – Beads Workshop: To mark the South Asian Heritage Month, Subrang Arts brings the rich cultural craft of bead work. Join us for a fun filled afternoon of creating beautiful jewellery with your children and create lasting memories with your little ones. Each child will create their own piece of jewellery using a simple stringing technique with colourful beads to make pretty bracelets, earrings, necklaces etc…

Ages: Suitable for children over 5 years and adults.

Kala Setu – Colouring in Workshop: India is full of colour, come along to Stanley Arts and introduce your children to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of India by colouring beautiful designs inspired by the Kala Setu Silk exhibition.
Come along on a voyage that will transport you to the mythical and enchanting land of India. Our designs are inspired by the environment, textile patterns, architecture and festivals that symbolise the vitality of colour in India.
