She was born and raised in Colombo, Sri Lanka.\nAllen Fatimaharan\nAllen Fatimaharan is an award winning illustrator and animator based in Oxfordshire who has illustrated over twenty books since 2019.\nDev Kothari\nA writer, poet and creative writing instructor, Dev has an MA in Writing for Young People from Bath Spa University. She lives in London.\nRikin Parekh\nRikin studied art at the Camberwell College of Arts and the University of Westminster. He has since worked designing monsters for the film industry and selling books for a national chain. When he’s not drawing you’ll probably find him at the cinema or at Comic Con.\nSerena Patel\nSerena Patel is the author of the award winning series, Anisha Accidental Detective which is being adapted for television for BBC Studios with Archie Punjabi attached. Serena’s brand new middle grade book series, Pia’s Pet Club, illustrated by Emma McCann, has also launched this year.\nBali Rai\nBali Rai is a leading voice in UK teen and children’s fiction. He is an award-winning author of over fifty books since 2001 and he is passionate about unheard voices, literacy and reading for pleasure.\nFarrah Riaz\nFarrah, a Londoner, found storytelling joy through books, Barbies, and The Sims. When she isn’t living in fantasy land, she works in Higher Education.\nRadhika Sanghani\nRadhika Sanghani is an author, journalist and writing mentor. Her novels have been published in 14 countries, including The Girl Who Couldn’t Lie and How To Get Magically Popular.\nAlom Shaha\nAlom Shaha is a dad, author, and science teacher whose work has been dedicated to sharing his passion for science and education with the public.\nSimran Diamond Singh\nSimran Diamond Singh is a passionate illustrator and character designer from East London. She adores storytelling and bringing characters to life through art!\nShyala Smith\nShyala Smith is a children’s author and screenwriter with a full time career in marketing. Born and raised in Sri Lanka, she now lives in London with her family.\nImogen Russell Williams\nImogen Russell Williams reviews children’s books for The Guardian and has written children’s non-fiction, a forthcoming YA novel and poetry for children and adults.\n
